Amidst this, an important development investor should note is that Ratnaveer Precision Engineering Limited, a provider of precision-engineered components for the automotive, Aerospace and industrial sectors, has initiated a Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP). The company is known for its strong focus on quality and innovation.

The Fund-Raising Committee, in its meeting held on Monday, December 1, approved the opening of the QIP and set the floor price at Rs 152.46 per share, a discount to the current market price of Rs 157 as of 10:15 AM on the NSE.

The proposed use of QIP proceeds includes funding the company’s working-capital requirements and general corporate purposes.

In its Q2FY26 results, the company reported its strongest quarter yet, with revenue of Rs 287 crore, EBITDA of Rs 30.26 crore, and PAT of Rs 15.35 crore.

Ratnaveer Precision Engineering Limited is currently trading at a P/E of 15.8x. FIIs have increased their stake to 1.32 per cent in the September 2025 quarter, compared to 1.23 per cent in the June 2025 quarter.
