Paushak Ltd. has announced a significant corporate action for its shareholders, featuring both a stock split and a bonus issue to encourage broader public participation. The company will implement a 2-for-1 stock split, subdividing each equity share with a face value of Rs 10 into two equity shares with a face value of Rs 5 each. Following this, a 3:1 bonus share issue will be executed, providing three bonus equity shares of Rs 5 each for every one existing equity share of Rs 5 held. These actions necessitate the reclassification of the Authorised Share Capital to Rs 20,00,00,000, divided into 4,00,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 5 each. The Board has fixed the record date for the bonus share and stock split as Friday, October 03, 2025.

On Thursday, shares of Paushak Ltd gained 4.33 per cent and made a fresh new 52-week high of Rs 6,318 per share from its previous closing of Rs 6,056 per share. The stock is up by 68.7 per cent from its 52-week low of Rs 3,746 per share. In Q1FY26 results, the company reported revenue of Rs 56 crore and net profit of Rs 12 crore while in its FY25 results, the company reported revenue of Rs 211 crore and net profit of Rs 49 crore.
