All the sectoral indices on the NSE were in the red with auto, PSU bank and consumer durables stocks falling the most.
The Indian benchmark indices ended with deep cuts on Thursday. Domestic sentiment was dented amid negative global cues.
The following Small-Cap stocks are likely to be in focus on Friday, November 11, 2022:
LT Foods: LT Foods to enter into a Strategic Partnership with Saudi Agricultural and Livestock Investment Company (SALIC). SALIC to hold 9.22 per cent equity stake in LT Foods through a primary and secondary investment of Rs 455.5 crore.
PSP Projects: The company declared that it received a Letter of Intent (LOI) for civil construction work for expansion of existing plant from a repeat client worth Rs 200 crores (excluding GST) in Industrial Category. With receipt of the above orders, the total order inflow for the financial year 2022-23 till date amounts to INR 1,711.58 crores.
Axiscades Technologies: The Company approved to acquire 100 per cent shareholding in add solution GMBH for a total purchase consideration of not less than Rs 35 crores and not more than Rs 44 crores, based on performance, in a phased manner. The shares of Axiscades technologies soared by 5 per cent, locking in the upper circuit and recording a new 52-week high closing at 367.75 per share.
RattanIndia Enterprises: The company has announced that it has acquired 100 per cent stake of ‘Neobrands Limited’ consequent to which, it has become a wholly owned subsidiary company of REL. Neobrands intends to start wholesale and retail business on online E-commerce platforms inter-alia including creating private label businesses and export of goods from India.
52-week high stocks: Craftsman Automation, Gujarat Themis Biosyn. Narayana Hrudayalaya, Rainbow Children's Medicare, RPG LIFE SCIENCES.
