On Tuesday, the Sensex increased by marginal 5.41 points to close at 62,792.88, while Nifty 50 went up by marginal 5.15 points to close at 18,599. Among the BSE Smallcap gainers were Meghmani Finechem, Nelco Ltd, HBL Power Systems and ADF Foods.

Man Infraconstruction: The company informed the exchange that MICL Creators LLP, a subsidiary of Man Infraconstruction Limited, wherein the company holds 60 per cent partnership interest, has acquired development rights from 10 adjoining Societies; all located at Ratilal B. Mehta Road, Ghatkopar (East), Mumbai, Maharashtra.

RateGain Travel Technologies: The company announced its partnership with Cem Air, a prominent regional airline in South Africa. Cem Air has selected RateGain's airline pricing solution, AirGain, to gain real-time pricing insights from over 200+ sources, enabling them to make accurate decisions.

Indoco Remedies: The company reported that they have successfully acquired 85 per cent equity stake in FPP Holding Company, LLC, a US-based company, for USD 4 million from Contract Pharmacal Corp.
