Top three stocks that saw heavy demand from buyers in the pre-opening session today

These three stocks were the top gainers on BSE in the pre-opening session today. 

At the pre-opening bell, the frontline index S&P BSE Sensex opened in red with a loss of 119 points or 0.14 per cent.

On the sectoral front, in the pre-opening session, metals jumped by 0.41 per cent, power plunged by 0.18 per cent, and auto slipped by 0.04 per cent.

Meanwhile, Medanta Global Health Ltd, Gland Pharma Ltd and Ganesh Housing Corporation Ltd emerged as the Top Gainers of BSE in the pre-opening session today.

 

Medanta Global Health Ltd, an S&P BSE company, surged 3.22 per cent to trade at Rs 1,249.45 apiece. The company has not made any significant announcements of late. Hence, the rally in the share price could be driven purely by the market forces.

Gland Pharma Ltd, an S&P BSE company, jumped 2.52 per cent to trade at Rs 1,814.45 apiece. The company has not made any significant announcements of late. Hence, the rally in the share price could be driven purely by the market forces.

Ganesh Housing Corporation Ltd, an S&P BSE company, rose 2.33 per cent to trade at Rs 835.00 apiece. The company has not made any significant announcements of late. Hence, the rally in the share price could be driven purely by the market forces.

IPO today

Meesho IPO, Vidya Wires IPO, and Aequs IPO will enter their second day of subscription in the mainboard category. 

Meanwhile, Luxury Time IPO, and Western Overseas Study Abroad IPO -- both SME IPOs -- will open for subscription today. That apart, Helloji Holidays IPO, and Neochem Bio Solutions IPO will close for subscription in the SME category. Shri Kanha Stainless IPO will enter Day 2 of its bidding.
