The positive movement comes on the back of the company announcing a significant Rs 405.71 crore order win from NTPC Limited, India's largest government-owned power generation company.

Enviro Infra Engineers Limited has received a Letter of Award (LOA) from NTPC Limited dated 30th March 2026 for the execution of Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) Projects at thermal power stations in two states — Tanda, Uttar Pradesh, and Bongaigaon, Assam, on an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) basis. The total contract value stands at Rs 405.71 crore (excluding GST), making it one of the most significant order wins in the company's history. The scope of work includes supply, services, and comprehensive annual maintenance for BESS implementation at the Tanda Super Thermal Power Station and the Bongaigaon Thermal Power Station.

The EPC supply and services component is to be completed within 15 months from the date of commencement, following which the company will be responsible for Comprehensive Annual Maintenance for a period of 11 years after successful completion of the Performance Guarantee (PG) Test.

The disclosure was made in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, read with the SEBI Master Circular dated 30th January 2026. The contract is purely domestic in nature, with no related party involvement and no promoter interest in the awarding entity, ensuring complete transparency and an arm's length transaction. This order marks a significant diversification for Enviro Infra Engineers, a company traditionally known for water and wastewater infrastructure, now making a strong entry into India's fast-growing renewable energy and energy storage segment.
