HDFC Asset Management Company Limited (AMC) has announced the issuance of bonus Equity Shares to its members in the ratio of 1:1. This means that for every one fully paid-up Equity Share of Rs 5 currently held, shareholders will receive one new fully paid-up Equity Share of Rs 5. This issuance is contingent upon approval from the company's members, to be obtained via Postal Ballot, along with other applicable statutory and regulatory approvals. The company has fixed Wednesday, November 26, 2025, as the Record Date for determining the eligibility of members to receive these bonus shares.
