On Thursday, shares of Autoriders International Limited hit a 5 per cent upper circuit to an all-time high of Rs 2,255.25 per share from its previous closing of Rs 2,147.90 per share.
Autoriders International Limited informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, September 29, 2025, at 4:00 PM inter alia to consider a proposal for the issue of bonus shares subject to approval of the shareholders of the company.
Incorporated in 1994, Autoriders International Ltd. is part of the Autoriders Group and provides premium car rental services in India. The company offers both self-drive and chauffeur-driven vehicles, and is one of the few providers of self-drive rentals in the country. In addition to serving individuals and institutions with car rentals, it also offers airport transfer services and various domestic and international tour packages.

The company has a market cap of over Rs 130 crore and has delivered good profit growth of 39 per cent CAGR over the last 5 years. In FY25, the company reported net sales of Rs 86.14 crore and net profit of Rs 8.38 crore. The stock has given multibagger returns of over 1,400 per cent from its 52-week low of Rs 149.90 per share and a whopping 19,511 per cent since its listing in 2005.
