The Board of Directors of Ujaas Energy Ltd has approved a proposal to issue bonus shares to its public equity shareholders, pending approval from shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The company plans to issue two new fully paid-up equity shares of Re. 1 each for every one existing share, a ratio of 2:1. This will result in the issuance of approximately 2,22,65,184 new equity shares, funded by the company's Share Premium Account and Free Reserves. Following the bonus issue, the company's total number of outstanding equity shares will increase from 11,11,32,630 to 13,33,97,814. The board has fixed the record date for bonus shares as Friday, October 10, 2025.
