In Q1FY26 results, the company reported revenue of Rs 56 crore and net profit of Rs 12 crore while in its FY25 results, the company reported revenue of Rs 211 crore and net profit of Rs 49 crore.
Paushak Ltd informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the company will be held on Monday, August 11, 2025, to consider, inter alia, the following:
- Proposal of sub-division/ split of existing equity shares having a face value of Rs 10 each, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 (including the rules framed thereunder) and SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015.
- Proposal for issue of bonus shares, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 (including the rules framed thereunder), and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018.

On Thursday, shares of Paushak Ltd jumped 2.41 per cent to Rs 6,001.40 per share from its previous closing of Rs 5,860.05 per share. The shares of the company saw a spurt in volume by more than 4.52 times on the BSE. The stock is up over 60 per cent from its 52-week low of Rs 3,746 per share.
