Amid the positive market sentiment, Sattrix Information Security share price jumped 6.59 per cent to Rs 356 after the company announced a fresh order from a leading public sector banking institution.
Sattrix Information Security Secures Rs 9.30 Crore Public Sector Bank Contract
Sattrix Information Security has secured a managed security services contract worth Rs 9,30,00,000 (Rupees Nine Crore Thirty Lakh only) from one of India's leading public sector banking institutions.
The contract involves providing managed security services for a Cyber Security Defence Centre and will be executed over three years, offering the company medium-term revenue visibility. The order represents a significant addition to Sattrix's order book and further strengthens its presence in India's banking cybersecurity segment.
Strengthens Presence in Banking Cybersecurity
The company stated that the engagement reinforces its position in supporting the cybersecurity infrastructure of India's banking sector, where protection against evolving digital threats remains a key operational priority.
The mandate includes continuous managed security operations and monitoring services for the bank's Cyber Security Defence Centre. Such services typically involve real-time threat monitoring, incident detection, response support and security management to enhance the resilience of banking technology systems.
Sattrix clarified that neither its promoter, promoter group nor group companies have any interest in the awarding entity. The company also confirmed that the contract does not constitute a related-party transaction. The disclosure was made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and was signed by Managing Director Sachhin Kishorbhai Gajjaer.
