Shares Below Rs 100: Only Buyers Were Seen in These Stocks, Locked in Upper Circuit Today

The BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty-50 indices are trading in red on Wednesday with the Sensex down 0.32 per cent at 84,391 and the Nifty-50 down 0.32 per cent at 25,758. About 1,895 shares have advanced, 2,294 shares have declined and 150 shares were unchanged on the BSE. The BSE Sensex Index made a new 52-week high of 86,056 on November 27, 2025 and the NSE Nifty-50 Index made a new 52-week high of 26,310 on November 27, 2025.

The broader markets were in the red territory, with the BSE Mid-Cap Index down 1.08 per cent and the BSE Small-Cap Index down 0.58 per cent. The top mid-cap gainers were Lloyds Metals & Energy Ltd, AU Small Finance Bank Ltd, The Ramco Cements Ltd and Jindal Stainless Ltd. In contrast, the top small-cap gainers were Venkys (India) Ltd, Hikal Ltd, Metro Brands Ltd and Prime Focus Ltd.

On the sectoral front, the indices were traded mixed with the BSE Energy Index and BSE Metals Index being the Top Gainers while the BSE Consumer Durables Index and BSE Services Index were the Top Losers.

As of December 10, 2025, the market capitalisation of BSE-listed companies was approximately Rs 464 lakh crore or USD 5.16 trillion. On the same day, 74 stocks hit a 52-week high while 136 stocks touched a 52-week low.
