Hariom Pipe Industries reported strong Q4FY26 and FY26 earnings growth, announced a final dividend of Rs 0.75 per share, while investor sentiment remained supported by recent bulk deal activity.

On Monday, the Indian equity benchmarks traded higher during the morning session, with the benchmark Nifty 50 index rising 1.10 per cent to 23,980.45. Smallcap steel stocks remained in focus following quarterly earnings announcements and strong buying momentum. In this segment, Hariom Pipe Industries' share price hit the 20 per cent Upper Circuit at Rs 413.20 and emerged among the Top Gainers in the market. The stock witnessed volume of around 22.9 lakh shares compared to its 20-day average volume of around 3.66 lakh shares, while also attracting strong investor attention after recent bulk deal activity.

Hariom Pipe Q4FY26 Performance

Hariom Pipe Industries Limited reported consolidated revenue from operations of Rs 507.27 crore during Q4FY26 as against Rs 399.70 crore reported in Q4FY25, registering a growth of around 26.9 per cent YoY. Total income stood at Rs 516.65 crore during the quarter compared to Rs 400.15 crore reported in the corresponding quarter previous year, reflecting a growth of around 29.1 per cent YoY.

Net profit for the quarter rose 75.0 per cent to Rs 30.10 crore from Rs 17.20 crore reported in the year-ago quarter. Profit before Tax stood at Rs 41.69 crore during Q4FY26 as against Rs 23.45 crore reported in Q4FY25, registering a growth of around 77.8 per cent YoY. Total comprehensive income increased to Rs 30.13 crore from Rs 17.20 crore in the corresponding quarter previous year, reflecting a growth of around 75.2 per cent YoY.

Hariom Pipe FY26 Performance

For FY26, consolidated revenue from operations increased 22.8 per cent to Rs 1,666.95 crore compared to Rs 1,357.05 crore reported in FY25. Total income stood at Rs 1,680.11 crore during FY26 as against Rs 1,359.94 crore reported in the previous financial year, registering a growth of around 23.5 per cent YoY.

Net profit for FY26 rose 22.7 per cent to Rs 75.71 crore from Rs 61.73 crore reported in FY25. Profit before tax increased to Rs 103.74 crore from Rs 83.10 crore in the previous financial year, reflecting a growth of around 24.8 per cent YoY, while total comprehensive income grew to Rs 75.74 crore from Rs 61.72 crore a year ago, registering a growth of around 22.7 per cent YoY..

Dividend Announcement

The Board of Directors recommended a final dividend of Rs 0.75 per equity share of face value Rs 10 each for FY26, subject to shareholders’ approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

New Subsidiary Addition

During FY26, the company subscribed to 70,000 equity shares of Metal Mart Private Limited amounting to Rs 0.70 crore, representing 70 per cent of the paid-up equity share capital of the entity. Metal Mart Private Limited became a subsidiary effective January 22, 2026 and was incorporated to undertake trading activities in metals and steel allied products.

Tamil Nadu Plant Update

The company also informed that it received directions from the Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board on April 01, 2026 for temporary closure and disconnection of power supply at its Perundurai unit in Tamil Nadu. Hariom Pipe Industries stated that corrective measures have been initiated and the impact is expected to remain temporary as operations are being managed through its Telangana facility.

Bulk Deal Details

According to exchange data, Ajay Upadhyaya purchased 1,56,216 equity shares of Hariom Pipe Industries Ltd through a bulk deal on May 21, 2026 at an average price of Rs 327.06 per share on NSE. The transaction was executed in the normal market segment and was disclosed under NSE bulk deal data.
