Ashish Kacholia holds a 2.24% stake: IT company enters into an agreement with Apollo Health and Lifestyle Ltd and subsidiaries of Apollo

The stock is up over 50 per cent from its 52-week low of Rs 281.25 per share.

Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited (Zaggle) has entered into a three-year domestic agreement with Apollo Health and Lifestyle Limited and and subsidiaries of Apollo. Under this agreement, Zaggle will provide its Zaggle Zoyer and Zaggle Save propositions, which are employee expense management and benefits solutions, to Apollo Health and Lifestyle Limited and its associated entities. This collaboration aims to streamline and enhance the employee expense and benefits management for Apollo's operations.

Earlier, the company has entered into a five-year agreement with DTDC Express Limited, a domestic entity. Under this agreement, Zaggle will provide DTDC Express Limited with its Zaggle Zoyer and Zaggle Save propositions, offering comprehensive employee expense management and benefits solutions. This strategic partnership aims to streamline DTDC's internal financial processes and enhance employee welfare.

According to Quarterly Results, the net sales increased by 51 per cent to Rs 412.11 crore, the operating profit increased by 52 per cent to Rs 48.63 crore and net profit increased by 63 per cent to Rs 31.14 crore in Q4FY25 compared to Q4FY24. In its annual results, the net sales increased by 68 per cent to Rs 1,303.76 crore, the operating profit increased by 72 per cent to Rs 140.78 crore and net profit increased by 100 per cent to Rs 87.92 crore in FY25 compared to FY24.

The company has a market cap of over Rs 5,600 crore and as of March 2025, Ashish Kacholia holds a 2.24 per cent stake in the company. The stock is up over 50 per cent from its 52-week low of Rs 281.25 per share.
