Bank of Baroda Holds 1.32% Stake: This Engineering Company Secures Rs 43.07 Crore Order from Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation for 584 VCB Panels

The stock is up by 35 per cent from its 52-week low of Rs 67.73 per share and down 45 per cent from its 52-week high of Rs 165 per share

Jyoti Limited has announced that its Switchgear Division has secured a Letter of Intent (LOI) worth Rs 43.07 crore, including GST.

The order has been awarded by Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation Limited (GETCO), Vadodara. Under the contract, Jyoti Ltd. will supply a total of 584 units of 11KV VCB panels.

As per the disclosed terms, payment will be made according to the Purchase Order (P.O.) terms. The total value includes packing and forwarding, freight, insurance, and GST. The company is required to complete the execution of the order on or before August 18, 2026.

The agreement also includes a guarantee clause covering 60 months from the date of commissioning or 66 months from the date of supply, whichever is earlier.
