Breaks Out with Strong Volume - Key Levels to Track

Support Holds Near EMA Zone.
Stock to Watch: Engineers India (ENGINERSIN)
Single session. The stock had been trading in a rounded base since July, quietly building strength between Rs220 and Rs265. Tuesday move, backed by a massive volume spike to 57.54M shares (way above the usual average), confirms genuine buying interest. This kind of breakout on heavy volume usually signals that bigger players are stepping in, not just retail traders chasing momentum.
The Rs260-Rs265 area, which acted as strong resistance for almost two months, has now flipped into a support zone. This is a classic technical pattern where old resistance becomes new support once broken decisively. Backing this up, the stock is trading well above its 20-EMA and 50-EMA, both sloping upward. If the stock pulls back, these EMA levels are where buyers are likely to defend the price.
On the upside, Rs300-Rs303 is the immediate resistance, the RSI has climbed to 73.74, well above its signal line of 58.84 and into overbought territory (above 70), which means a short-term pause or pullback wouldn't be surprising after such a sharp rally. Investors should watch for consolidation near current levels, while a sustained hold above the Rs260 EMA support zone would keep the broader uptrend intact.
