DroneAcharya Aerial Innovations Limited, along with its associate company Drone Entry (Thailand) Co. Ltd., has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with RV Connex, a prominent defence and aerospace technology company. This partnership is designed to bring Non-Chinese drone technology to India under the Make in India initiative. By combining DroneAcharya's market presence in India, Drone Entry's role as a regional hub, and RV Connex’s expertise in defence and aerospace, the collaboration aims to accelerate local manufacturing in both India and Thailand. The alliance seeks to expand opportunities for these Non-Chinese drone products across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, aligning with Prime Minister Modi's vision of Atmanirbhar Bharat (self-reliant India).

This collaboration will fast-track the indigenisation of India’s drone industry, reducing the nation’s dependence on Chinese imports. RV Connex, known for its advanced UAV platforms and anti-drone systems, will provide its technology to be manufactured locally. The MoU reflects a shared vision among the three companies to build a globally competitive, indigenous drone ecosystem that is 100 per cent Non-Chinese. This strategic move strengthens self-reliance and promotes a framework for local production, not only in India but also in Thailand, under the Made in Thailand framework.
