Quest Flow Controls Ltd, previously known as Meson Valves India Ltd, has secured a significant order worth Rs 19.89 crore from BHEL ESD, Bangalore. This collaboration marks their first with BHEL ESD and highlights Quest Flow Controls' increasing prominence in the defence and marine industries. The order involves providing remote-control valves for the Naval Integrated Platform Management System (IPMS), an advanced automated system crucial for naval vessels. This system integrates vital functions like propulsion, electrical power management, damage control, and auxiliary systems, ultimately improving operational efficiency, situational awareness, and safety for the Indian Navy.

Quest Flow Controls' technological prowess, product quality, and engineering excellence enabled them to win this order despite strong competition. The selection by MDL, a key Indian defence public sector undertaking, underscores Quest Flow Controls' technical expertise, quality commitment, and strong industry reputation. While this initial order is modest, it establishes a foundation for future opportunities within the submarine sector, reinforcing their role as a vital contributor to India's defence and marine industry and aligning with the company's vision for defence manufacturing self-reliance.
