The company sold a 50 per cent stake in its wholly-owned subsidiary, High Class Projects Limited, to Expertpro Realty Private Limited for Rs 4,37,50,000. The agreement was made on June 20, 2025, with an expected completion date of June 31, 2025. This transaction will convert High Class Projects Limited from a wholly-owned subsidiary into an associate company. In the last financial year, the subsidiary contributed Rs 337.04 lakh in revenue and incurred a loss of Rs 338.08 lakh.
