This move will involve an alteration to the Capital Clause of the company's Memorandum and Articles of Association. The subdivision is subject to approval from shareholders via postal ballot, as well as any necessary regulatory or statutory clearances. The record date for this stock split will be announced once all required approvals are secured.

In Q1FY26, the net sales increased by 806 per cent to Rs 145 crore and net profit increased by 284 per cent to Rs 146 crore compared to Q4FY25. In FY25, the company reported net sales of Rs 304 crore and net profit of Rs 312 crore. In June 2025, FIIs bought 39,124 shares and increased their stake to 2.54 per cent compared to March 2025.

The company has a market cap of over Rs 36,000 crore and has been maintaining a healthy dividend payout of 59 per cent.
