The company's authorised share capital was increased through an ordinary resolution of the shareholders. Additionally, two special resolutions were passed: one to approve a capital raising proposal of up to Rs 200 crore via a Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP), and another for the issuance of convertible warrants on a preferential basis.
