Icodex Publishing Solutions Secures Rs 75 Crore Government Digitization Orders from ITI and BEL via VEC Consultancy LLP

Icodex Publishing Solutions Limited has announced the receipt of two significant digitisation assignments worth a combined Rs 75.04 crore, awarded on a back-to-back basis from VEC Consultancy LLP. The first, valued at Rs 30.04 crore, has been initiated by ITI Limited, and the second, worth Rs 45 crore, by Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), both leading Government of India Public Sector Undertakings.

The Rs 30.04 crore order involves data digitisation and record management of over 2.22 crore Encumbrance Certificate (Index II) records from 1950 to 1974. The project includes the scanning and structuring of more than 3 crore pages, ensuring long-term preservation and accessibility. The Rs 45 crore BEL e-Mahabhoomi order focuses on the digitisation of land-parcel data across 19 districts, covering more than 2.5 crore polygons. The project also includes milestone-based uploads and certifications to create a reliable and accessible digital repository.

These projects represent a large-scale engagement in historical record preservation, land digitisation, and digital governance. The assignments highlight Icodex’s strength in managing complex, crore-scale datasets requiring secure infrastructure and precision.
