India’s 1st Global Scale Theme Leisure & Entertainment Destination Company Acquires 6.65 MW Solar Power Plant for Rs 16 Crore

Imagicaaworld Entertainment Limited has announced the acquisition of a 6.65 MW solar power plant from Giriraj Enterprises for Rs 16 crore. The solar facility, located at Mandrup in Solapur, Maharashtra, will be transferred to the company under a Business Transfer Agreement (BTA) signed on September 06, 2025.

The transaction involves acquiring the business undertaking of the solar plant on a slump sale basis and as a going concern. This move follows shareholder approval received on March 13, 2025.

According to the details, the purchaser is Imagicaaworld Entertainment Limited, while the seller is Giriraj Enterprises, a partnership firm. The purchase consideration has been finalised at Rs 16 crore, subject to customary adjustments as per the BTA.

The company clarified that Giriraj Enterprises and Imagicaaworld belong to the Malpani Group, categorising the acquisition as a related party transaction.
