Kay Cee Energy & Infra Delivers H1 FY26 Results: Revenue Surges 119 Per Cent YoY, PAT Rises 84 Per Cent

Kay Cee Energy & Infra reported H1 FY26 results with 119 per cent revenue growth and 84 per cent PAT rise, driven by robust execution and expanding operations.

Kay Cee Energy & Infra Limited (KCEIL), a leading EPC solutions provider in the power transmission and distribution infrastructure segment, announced its unaudited financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2025. The company reported strong year-on-year growth across all major financial parameters, reflecting its robust execution capabilities and expanding operational footprint.

For the first half of FY26, KCEIL’s total revenue stood at Rs 8,402 lakh, marking a 119 per cent increase compared to the same period last year. The company’s EBITDA rose 90 per cent year-on-year to Rs 1,610 lakh, with an EBITDA margin of 19 per cent. Profit After Tax (PAT) came in at Rs 918 lakh, up 84 per cent from the previous year, translating to a PAT margin of 11 per cent. The company also reported basic and diluted earnings per share (EPS) of Rs 7.61.

The performance was driven by the strong execution of turnkey EPC projects across Rajasthan and other states. Improved project billing efficiency and timely completion contributed to a healthier working capital cycle. The company continued its diversification into higher voltage substations and transmission line projects, strengthening its presence in the power infrastructure space.

Additionally, KCEIL fortified its financial position following a Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) in April 2025, through which it issued 12.64 lakh equity shares. The proceeds were fully utilized toward working capital needs and expansion initiatives.

Commenting on the performance, Managing Director Mr. Lokendra Jain stated that “We are pleased to report yet another period of robust performance in H1 FY26. Our revenue more than doubled year-on-year, underscoring our strong execution capabilities and growing presence in the power infrastructure segment. The focus on operational efficiency and selective project bidding continues to yield results, reflected in healthy margins and profitability. With our upcoming in-house manufacturing facility expected to commence operations in FY26, we are well-positioned to deliver integrated EPC solutions and enhance our value proposition.”
