Lincoln Pharmaceuticals reported Q1 FY27 total income of Rs 201.55 crore, up 19.02 per cent YoY, while EBITDA increased 32.29 per cent YoY to Rs 51.70 crore; FII holding stood at 4.60 per cent as of June 2026

The company reported its consolidated financial performance for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, with net profit rising 30.90 per cent YoY to Rs 36.23 crore.
Lincoln Pharmaceuticals Q1 FY27 Financial Performance
Lincoln Pharmaceuticals reported total income of Rs 201.55 crore in Q1 FY27, compared with Rs 169.34 crore in Q1 FY26, registering growth of 19.02 per cent YoY. EBITDA increased to Rs 51.70 crore from Rs 39.08 crore, marking growth of 32.29 per cent YoY.

Download Service BrochureProfit before Tax stood at Rs 47.55 crore, compared with Rs 35.39 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year, representing growth of 34.36 per cent YoY. Consolidated net profit increased to Rs 36.23 crore from Rs 27.68 crore, registering growth of 30.90 per cent YoY. EPS stood at Rs 18.09, compared with Rs 13.82 in Q1 FY26.
The company's consolidated financial results show revenue from operations of Rs 177.28 crore in Q1 FY27, compared with Rs 154.07 crore in Q1 FY26.
Lincoln Pharmaceuticals Targets Rs 1,000 Crore Revenue
Lincoln Pharmaceuticals has set a target of achieving Rs 1,000 crore in revenue over the next three years, with an expected annual growth rate of 15 to 18 per cent. The company expects growth to be supported by its cardiac, diabetic, dermatology and ENT therapeutic segments.
The company currently exports to more than 60 countries and aims to expand its international footprint to 90 countries over the next two to three years. The company has also entered the Canadian market and has approvals from TGA Australia and EU GMP.
Product Portfolio and Manufacturing Presence
Lincoln Pharmaceuticals has developed more than 600 formulations across 15 therapeutic areas, with more than 1,700 registered products and 700 products under development. The company has filed more than 25 patent applications and has been awarded seven patents.
The company operates manufacturing facilities in Gujarat, with its manufacturing facilities certified under international quality and compliance standards including EU GMP, TGA and WHO-GMP. Its product portfolio includes tablets, capsules, injectables, syrups and ointments across multiple therapeutic areas.

FY26 Financial Performance and Dividend
For FY26, Lincoln Pharmaceuticals reported total income of Rs 704.48 crore, EBITDA of Rs 131.14 crore and net profit of Rs 87.89 crore. The company had also recommended a dividend of Rs 1.80 per share, representing 18 per cent on the face value of Rs 10 per share, subject to shareholder approval.
