Mahindra Lifespaces Acquires 13.46 Acres in Pune, Development Potential Estimated at Rs 3,500 Crore

Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd announced on October 10, 2025, that it has acquired 13.46 acres of land in Pune. The acquired land is situated in the premier neighborhood of Nande-Mahalunge in Pune. The parcel is estimated to have a significant development potential of approximately Rs 3,500 Crore (USD ~420 million).
Vimalendra Singh, Chief Business Officer – Residential, highlighted that the Mahalunge-Nande-Maan micro-markets are among Pune’s most promising areas. These areas are witnessing strong absorption and clear demand for high-quality, future-ready homes.
The site benefits from strategic positioning within the well-planned Mahalunge micro-market. It offers excellent connectivity through the proposed PMRDA Town Planning Scheme and the upcoming Inner Ring Road, located adjacent to Hinjewadi. Additionally, the location is equidistant from the IT and BFSI hubs of Baner-Balewadi and Hinjewadi. The surrounding region has well-developed social infrastructure, including institutions such as Delhi Public School and Mahindra International School.
