Metals & Minerals Mining Company Secures Rs 28.95 Crore Domestic Order for TMT Bars Distribution

BMW Ventures Limited announced the receipt of a domestic order valued at Rs 28.95 crore (including Taxes) on October 31, 2025. The order has been awarded by Venus Star Construction Private Limited, a part of the Venus Star Group, under BMW Ventures’ Distribution Business segment.

The contract involves the supply of TMT bars of different sizes. As per the terms, the delivery of these TMT bars is scheduled to be completed within 60 days from the date of order. The company has also outlined payment terms, which include a 20 per cent advance payment, while the remaining amount will be settled after shipment.

BMW Ventures confirmed that the transaction does not fall under related party transactions, and the promoter group holds no interest in the awarding entity.

BMW Ventures Limited is primarily engaged in trading/Distribution of steel products, tractor engines and spare parts, manufacturing of PVC pipes and roll forming, and the fabrication of pre-engineered buildings (PEB) and steel girders. BMW Ventures Limited is primarily engaged in the distribution of steel products, as well as in fabrication, manufacturing, and distribution of tractor engines and their spare parts. The company has a strong presence in Bihar with stockyards, fabrication units, and distribution networks serving agriculture, Real Estate, and infrastructure sectors.

The stock price is trading 17.5 per cent higher from the 52-week high.
