Middle East Export Order: Defence PSU BEML Secures Additional USD 5.35 Million Contract

On Thursday, Indian benchmark indices ended marginally higher, with the Nifty 50 gaining 34.35 points, or 0.14 per cent, to close at 24,056. Amid the positive market sentiment, shares of BEML Limited settled at Rs 1,748.70, down 0.23 per cent from the previous close, after the company announced an additional export order worth approximately USD 5.35 million from the Middle East.
BEML Bags Additional Middle East Export Order
BEML Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India and BSE Limited that it has secured an additional export order valued at approximately USD 5.35 million from the Middle East region. The order is for the supply of heavy Earth Moving Equipment to be deployed in infrastructure development projects.
Total Contract Value Increases To USD 41.73 Million
The newly secured order is an addition to an existing export contract that was originally disclosed by the company on April 13, 2026. With the latest order, the aggregate value of the contract has increased from approximately USD 36.38 million to USD 41.73 million.
The order further strengthens BEML's export business in the Middle East, where demand for heavy earthmoving equipment continues to support infrastructure development activities.
International Order Book Crosses USD 112 Million
Following the latest export order, BEML's total international order bookings have reached approximately USD 112.35 million. The increase in overseas orders reflects the company's growing international presence and reinforces its focus on expanding exports across global infrastructure and mining markets.
