MPS Interactive Systems Secures Rs 8.73 Crore Investment and Appoints Global Tech Leader Rodney Charles Beach as President

MPS Limited announced on October 10, 2025, that its wholly owned and material subsidiary, MPS Interactive Systems Limited (MPSi), has received a strategic investment and undergone a leadership change aimed at accelerating global growth.
Rodney Charles Beach, the founder of the Liberate Group of companies based in Australia, has made a transformative investment of Rs 8.73 crore in MPSi. As part of this move, Mr. Beach will acquire equity shares and assume the role of President, taking charge of the subsidiary’s global growth strategy. With over 30 years of experience in learning and education technology, he is recognized as a global leader in driving innovation in corporate learning.
Under Mr. Beach’s leadership, MPSi aims to leverage rapid advancements in AI and learning technologies to redefine talent development and workplace performance. He intends to offer hyper-personalized, human-focused training solutions integrated with advanced learning technologies, empowering millions of learners worldwide.
Rahul Arora, Chairman and CEO of MPS Limited, highlighted that corporate learning remains one of the company’s most dynamic growth areas. MPS Interactive Systems, acquired by MPS in 2018, is a global learning solutions provider recognised by Training Industry for content development and experiential learning technologies. Over the years, MPSi has expanded through acquisitions, including EI Design (India) in June 2022 and Mr. Beach’s Liberate Group (Australia) in August 2023.
