Amid the positive market sentiment, Siyaram Recycling Industries share price were locked in the 5 per cent Upper Circuit at Rs 43.65, gaining Rs 2.07 during the session. The stock has also surged around 23 per cent over the past one week, reflecting strong buying interest.

Siyaram Recycling Industries Secures Rs 98.41 Lakh Order

Siyaram Recycling Industries Limited announced that it has secured a domestic order worth Rs 98,41,200 from Micronova Industries for the supply of Brass Scrap Honey. The order is scheduled to be executed within seven days and has been awarded on a fixed-cost basis. The company also clarified that the transaction is not a related-party transaction.

Mukul Agrawal's Holding Gains Rs 43.47 Lakh

According to the March 2026 shareholding pattern, Ace Investor Mukul Mahavir Agrawal held 21,00,000 equity shares in the company.

With the stock rising Rs 2.07 and hitting the upper circuit, the value of his holding increased by approximately Rs 43,47,000 in a single trading session (21,00,000 shares × Rs 2.07 per share).

As per the latest March 2026 shareholding pattern, Mukul Mahavir Agrawal held a 9.64 per cent stake in the company. Promoter holding stood at 51.12 per cent, while public shareholding was 48.83 per cent. FIIs and DIIs did not hold any meaningful stake during the quarter.
