ASM Technologies witnessed increased institutional participation in the June 2026 quarter, with FII stake more than doubling and DII holding rising, while ace investor Mukul Agrawal retained his stake.
On Monday, Indian equity benchmark indices traded higher, with the benchmark Nifty 50 index rising 189.00 points, or 0.80 per cent, to 23,956.45. Amid the positive market sentiment, ASM Technologies share price jumped 4.25 per cent to Rs 4,434.95, gaining 180.65 points during the session.

The company's latest shareholding pattern for the quarter ended June 2026 showed a sharp increase in institutional ownership. Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) increased their stake to 0.49 per cent from 0.23 per cent in March 2026, more than doubling their holding during the quarter.
Domestic Institutional Investors (DIIs) also raised their stake to 0.72 per cent in June 2026, compared with 0.43 per cent in the previous quarter, reflecting growing institutional interest in the company.
Mukul Agrawal Continues to Hold 10.28 Per cent Stake
Ace Investor Mukul Mahavir Agrawal continued to hold a 10.28 per cent stake in ASM Technologies as of June 2026, unchanged from the March 2026 quarter.
Based on his holding of 1,500,000 equity shares, Monday's gain of 180.65 points increased the market value of his investment by approximately Rs 270,975,000 in a single trading session.

ASM Technologies has delivered strong returns across multiple time periods. The stock has gained 11.44 per cent over the past one month, 57.23 per cent in the last six months, 58.84 per cent over the past one year, and an impressive 1,681.70 per cent during the last five years.
