As ace investor, Mukul Agrawal sold 18,00,000 shares or 1.03 per cent stake in the company in Q1FY26.
Enviro Infra Engineers Limited (EIEL) has announced new project orders worth Rs 221.26 crore from the Bangalore Water Supply and Sewerage Board (BWSSB). The contracts reinforce the company’s role in wastewater treatment and treated water reuse solutions.
The orders include Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) of two major Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs). The first project involves a 20 Million Liters per Day (MLD) STP with a Tertiary Treatment Facility and Ultrafiltration for 10 MLD of treated water, along with a ten-year Operation & Maintenance (O&M) contract. The second project covers a 15 MLD STP featuring a similar facility and Ultrafiltration for 7.5 MLD, also with a ten-year O&M agreement.
Chairman Sanjay Jain highlighted that these orders showcase EIEL’s technical capabilities and the confidence BWSSB places in the company. He emphasised the firm’s focus on timely and sustainable solutions supporting India’s water management goals.

On July 24, 2025, EIEL’s stock traded at Rs 276.01 on NSE, with an intraday high of Rs 284.18 and a low of Rs 274.91. The stock has gained 16.66 per cent in the past month and 24.80 per cent over the last year, despite a 0.61 per cent decline in the past four days.
For FY25, EIEL reported revenue of Rs 10,661 million, a 46.25 per cent year-over-year rise, EBITDA of Rs 2,678 million, up 60.82 per cent, and consolidated net profit of Rs 173 crore, marking a 52.0 per cent increase. Founded in 2009, EIEL specialises in EPC solutions for Water and Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTPs) and Water Supply Scheme Projects (WSSPs), offering design, engineering, procurement, and project management, along with O&M services.
