AFCOM Holdings Limited, an integrated air cargo solutions company, announced its unaudited Quarterly Results for Q1 FY26 on August 11, 2025, from Chennai. The performance in the first quarter mirrored its H2 FY25 trend, signalling strong operational momentum for the year ahead.
In Q1 FY26, total income stood at Rs 11,889.0 lakhs, marking a 198.1 per cent year-on-year (YoY) increase compared to Rs 3,988.1 lakhs in Q1 FY25. EBITDA rose sharply by 2,401.8 per cent YoY to Rs 3,664.7 lakhs from Rs 146.5 lakhs in the same period last year. Net profit registered a 4,255.5 per cent YoY growth, reaching Rs 2,707.0 lakhs from Rs 62.2 lakhs. Earnings Per Share (EPS) improved to Rs 10.9, up 3,102.9 per cent from Rs 0.3 in Q1 FY25.

For the full financial year FY25, AFCOM reported total income of Rs 24,254.16 lakhs, EBITDA of Rs 7,260.82 lakhs, and a net profit of Rs 4,842.23 lakhs. The company has initiated quarterly financial disclosures from Q1 FY26 following requests from investors, highlighting its commitment to transparency.
Operationally, AFCOM maintained a network utilisation of approximately 84 per cent, expanded into high-value cargo sectors, and strengthened its domestic and international presence. A key milestone was the launch of a new route to Hanoi, Vietnam, under an interline agreement with Viet Jet, enhancing ASEAN region connectivity. This aligns with AFCOM’s Phase 2 growth roadmap, focusing on additional fleet expansion, deeper international coverage, and technology-driven efficiencies.
Another significant development was AFCOM’s acceptance into the IATA Clearing House, a move that endorses the company’s creditworthiness and operational credibility. This membership provides free credit access with over 330 airlines and 230-plus suppliers, facilitates faster payment cycles, and enables more efficient interline, block space, and code-share agreements.
