Om Freight Forwarders Ltd is a third-generation international Logistics and freight forwarding company based in Mumbai, India. They offer end-to-end solutions, including air/sea freight, customs clearance, warehousing, and distribution across five continents.

Om Freight Forwarders' shares are listed on the Indian stock market today, October 8, 2025, following a highly subscribed Initial Public Offering (IPO). The shares are debuting on both the BSE and NSE. On BSE, the stock opens at Rs 82.50 per share, down 39 per cent from the IPO price and on NSE, the stock is listed at Rs 81.50 per share, down 40 per cent from the IPO price.

The IPO, which had an upper price band of Rs 135 per share, raised a total of Rs 122.31 crore. This amount comprised a fresh issue (Rs 24.44 crore) and an Offer-for-Sale (OFS) (Rs 97.88 crore). The public issue saw strong investor interest, being overall subscribed 3.87 times. Specifically, the Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) segment was subscribed to 3.97 times, Non-Institutional Investors (NII) 7.39 times, and Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) 2.75 times.

In terms of business, the company reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 21.99 crore on sales of Rs 494.05 crore for the twelve months ending March 31, 2025. During the same fiscal year (FY25), Om Freight Forwarders handled a total cargo volume of 66.86 million tonnes (MT), along with 1,16,457 TEUs of container cargo. Additionally, the company raised Rs 15.89 crore from three anchor investors on September 26, 2025, by allotting shares at Rs 135 each.
