Office Space Leasing Business Awarded Contract for New Passport Seva Kendra Project Pune; Board Passes All Key Resolutions at 41st AGM

EFC (I) Limited announced that its members approved all resolutions with the requisite majority at its 41st Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on Tuesday, September 30, 2025..

Key resolutions passed by shareholders include the adoption of financial statements. In a special resolution, shareholders re-appointed Mr. Nikhil Dilipbhai Bhuta as Whole-time Director for a period of five years and approved his remuneration. 

Earlier, EFC (I) Limited secured a general work contract for a new Passport Seva Kendra (PSK) located in Pashan, Pune. 

This new project was awarded to EFC under its ongoing Rate Contract for Passport Seva Kendras. It marks an expansion of the company's work on what it terms "mission-critical infrastructure projects" across India. The contract follows EFC's successful completion of similar PSK projects in Ahmedabad and Hyderabad, reinforcing the company's reputation for delivering high-quality, turnkey design and build solutions.

The scope of the project in Pashan will involve complete interior turnkey fit-outs, aimed at creating a seamless integration of functionality, aesthetics, and efficiency for the new passport center.

This latest contract strengthens EFC's position as a trusted partner for integrated design and build services in India.
