Penny stock below Rs 50 hit lower circuit after receiving an order worth Rs 2,22,94,000 at Vadodara Airport

Abhishek Integrations Limited (AIL) has received work order for the wok of operation and maintenance contract of electrical & mechanical installations at new terminal building, water supply system, facility management and operation for airport system equipment, & supply of electrical spares at Vadodara Airport, Vadodara (for 2 years period from 2025 to 2027) having total contract value of Rs 2,22,94,000.

Earlier, the company was ranked as L1 for the work contracts for operation and maintenance of SS, Terminal Building, MSSR, Colony and NDB at VSS Airport, Jharsuguda, for two years (2025-2027), having a total contract value of Rs 255.77 lakh.

Abhishek Integrations Limited, founded in 2017, has been involved in the development, maintenance, and operation of airports and related services in India. The company has completed numerous projects across the country, including electrical and mechanical installations, firefighting systems and airfield lighting systems. Since acquiring Abhishek Associates and its projects in 2021, Abhishek Integrations has expanded its scope and expertise in the airport infrastructure sector.

According to the financials, the company has a market cap of Rs 24 crore. The promoters of the company hold a 67.72 per cent stake in the company and the rest is owned by the general public, which is 32.28 per cent as of June 2025.
