On Monday, shares of We Win Ltd fell 5.55 per cent to Rs 37.13 per share from its previous closing of Rs 39.31 per share. The stock’s 52-week high is Rs 77.8 per share and its 52-week low is Rs 35.38 per share. The stock surged 3.79 per cent to its Intraday high of Rs 40.8 per share.

We Win Ltd, through an exchange filing dated March 30, 2026, informed that it has received a work order under the Surakshit Matritva Ashwashan (SUMAN) Program from the National Health Mission (NHM), Madhya Pradesh. The contract has been awarded by the National Health Mission, Department of Public Health and Medical Education, Government of Madhya Pradesh.

The scope of the order includes selection of an agency for the establishment, operations, and management of Integrated Command and Control Centres (ICCC) and district helpdesks under the SUMAN Program. The order is classified as a domestic contract.

The total value of the project stands at Rs 14,11,30,944 (Rs Fourteen Crore Eleven Lakh Thirty Thousand Nine Hundred Forty Four), excluding GST. The contract is valid for a period of three years and may be extended by an additional two years, subject to satisfactory performance and mutual agreement between the parties.

The company clarified that there is no promoter or promoter group interest in the awarding entity. Additionally, the contract does not fall under related party transactions.

The stock closed at Rs 37.13 per share, down 5.55 per cent for the day. The company’s total market capitalisation stands at Rs 37.73 crore.
