Kretto Syscon Ltd reported its Q1 FY26 results in June 2025, posting revenue of Rs 2.76 crore, up from Rs 1.03 crore in Q1 FY25 and Rs 2.26 crore in Q4 FY25, marking its highest-ever quarterly revenue. Net profit stood at Rs 2.09 crore, improving from Rs 0.68 crore in Q1 FY25 and recovering from a loss of Rs 1.36 crore in Q4 FY25.

The stock is currently trading at Rs 1.39, with a 52-week high of Rs 2.52 and low of Rs 0.87, and a market cap of Rs 94.2 crore. Kretto Syscon Ltd has recorded a three-year sales growth of 46.6 per cent and a profit variation of 184 per cent, with ROCE at 12.9 per cent and ROE at 9.76 per cent.

The company focuses on energy conservation through power factor monitoring, LED and Solar lighting, and planning natural light utilization. Technology absorption efforts included enhancing product specifications for the automobile and Railway industries, designing special-purpose machines, and developing high-speed gear hobbing machines. These initiatives improved product quality, uptime, and cost efficiency through import substitution.

KRETTO aims to leverage its diversified business model and strengthened capital base to enhance digital capabilities and selectively invest in high-return Real Estate projects. The proposed expansion into multiple sectors is expected to create new growth avenues and long-term value for shareholders.
