  1. The unaudited financial statements (standalone) of the company for the quarter ended on June 30, 2025.
  2. To consider the proposed bonus issue subject to the approval of members.
  3. To consider the increase in the authorised Share Capital and consequent alteration to the capital clause of the Memorandum of Association.
  4. To discuss the ongoing business propositions or any other business with the permission of the chair and with the consent of the majority of directors present in the meeting.
