Prime Fresh Reports FY26 Results: Revenue Rises 32%; PAT Jumps 52%, Margins Expand

Prime Fresh reported FY26 revenue of Rs 274 crore and net profit of Rs 14 crore, while EBITDA margin improved to 7.31 per cent during the financial year.

On Thursday, the Indian equity benchmarks traded largely flat, with the benchmark Nifty 50 index trading near the 23,660 mark during the session. Agri supply chain and food distribution-related stocks remained in focus following FY26 earnings announcements. In this segment, Prime Fresh's share price was trading at Rs 224.95 during the session after the company announced its FY26 audited consolidated financial results.

Prime Fresh FY26 Results

Prime Fresh reported consolidated revenue from operations of Rs 274 crore during FY26 as against Rs 206.8 crore reported in FY25, registering a growth of around 32.5 per cent YoY.

EBITDA stood at Rs 20 crore during FY26 compared to Rs 13.3 crore reported in FY25, reflecting a growth of around 50.3 per cent YoY. EBITDA margin improved to 7.31 per cent during FY26 as against 6.44 per cent reported in the previous financial year.

Profit before Tax stood at Rs 19 crore during FY26 compared to Rs 12.8 crore reported in FY25, reflecting a growth of around 48.1 per cent YoY.

Profit after tax came in at Rs 14 crore during FY26 as against Rs 9.2 crore reported in FY25, registering a growth of around 51.6 per cent YoY. PAT margin improved to 5.10 per cent during FY26 compared to 4.46 per cent reported in FY25.

Business Highlights

The company stated that its business continued to be driven primarily by wholesale trading of fruits and vegetables and supply chain management operations, which contributed nearly 90 per cent of operating revenue during FY26.

The remaining revenue was generated through services including warehousing, packing, handling, clearing and forwarding, fruit ripening, cold storage management and manpower solutions.

The company witnessed stronger profitability growth compared to revenue growth during the year, supported by better cost absorption, operational efficiencies and improved utilisation across supply chain infrastructure.
