Ecofinity Atomix Ltd (formerly known as Aryavan Enterprise Ltd) informed that the Board of Directors of the company at their Meeting held today on Monday, August 04, 2025, considered and approved the following:
- The company has initiated to setup of two solar plants with a total capacity of 10,000 KW Solar PV system that will generate Electricity of approximately 170.00 Lakhs KWH per annum.
- The company is a partner in Padmavati Chemicals (60 per cent share). The said firm is also planning to set up a 5,000 KW Solar PV system that will generate Electricity of approximately 85.00 Lakhs KWH per annum.

Ecofinity Atomix Ltd, formerly known as Aryavan Enterprise Ltd and originally Deepti Alloy Steel Limited, was incorporated in 1993 and initially focused on cloth trading and later alloy steel products. In FY19, the company diversified its operations by changing its name and main business objective to include the pharmaceutical sector. Currently, Ecofinity Atomix Ltd offers a wide range of commercial services spanning IT, Textiles, Manufacturing, FMCG, Pharma, Chemical and Trading, with plans to further expand into AI and IoT solutions.
In FY25, the company reported net sales of Rs 35.97 crore and net profit of Rs 1.53 crore. The promoters of the company bought 25,76,606 shares and increased their stake to 37.69 per cent compared to March 2025. The company has a market cap of Rs 35 crore and currently the stock is trading below Rs 65 per share. The stock is up by 91.3 per cent from its 52-week low of Rs 31.57 per share.
