In a meeting held today, i.e. March 16, 2026, the Board of Directors of Balmer Lawrie Investments Ltd., a Government of India enterprise, approved an interim dividend of Rs 2.03 per equity share for the financial year 2025-26. This amounts to a dividend of more than 200 per cent on each share's face value of Rs 1.
The Board also fixed March 20, 2026, as the record date to determine which shareholders will be eligible to receive the dividend. The Board further stated that the payout will be made within the statutory timeline.
President of India to Earn Over Rs 26 crore
The President of India, holding 59.67 per cent of the company’s shares, is set to receive a significant portion of the dividend. With 13,24,64,472 shares in hand, the interim dividend for the President amounts to Rs 26,89,02,878.

Q3 Earnings
Balmer Lawrie reported a consolidated revenue of Rs 659 crore in Q3 (Dec 2025), up from Rs 638 crore in Q2 (Sep 2025). Compared to the same quarter last year (Dec 2024), when revenue was Rs 633 crore, the company recorded a growth of about 4 per cent year-on-year. Net profit came in at Rs 67 crore, up from Rs 57 crore in Q2 FY 2025-26, and marginally higher than Rs 64 crore in Q3 FY 2024-25.
