On Tuesday, shares of Tara Chand InfraLogistic Solutions Limited gained 5.73 per cent to an intraday high of Rs 79.48 per share from its previous closing of Rs 75.17 per share. The stock is up over 70 per cent from its 52-week low of Rs 46.50 per share.

Tara Chand InfraLogistic Solutions Limited has bagged a significant domestic contract from Steel Authority of India Ltd (SAIL), valued at approximately Rs 81.51 crore (including taxes). The company will serve as the Consignment and Handling Agent at SAIL's largest warehouse by volume, located in Dankuni, West Bengal. This contract marks Tara Chand InfraLogistic Solutions Limited's entry into the Eastern India market for its warehousing and transportation segment, involving the deployment of advanced machinery and skilled manpower for handling steel products. The agreement is set to be executed over 4.5 years, commencing from Q3 of FY225-26.

Tara Chand Infralogistic Solutions Limited is engaged in infrastructure construction projects and warehousing & transportation of steel. It has a fleet of large cranes, hydraulic piling rigs and concrete equipment. The company has a market cap of over Rs 600 crore with a 3-year stock price CAGR of 91 per cent.

According to Quarterly Results, the net sales increased by 76 per cent to Rs 81.63 crore and net profit increased by 25 per cent to Rs 7.86 crore in Q4FY25 compared to Q4FY24. In its annual results, the net sales increased by 44 per cent to Rs 248 crore and net profit increased by 56 per cent to Rs 25 crore in FY25 compared to FY24.

As of March 2025, the promoters own 70.67 per cent, FIIs own 0.14 per cent and the public owns 29.19 per cent stake in the company. The company has an order book of Rs 1,368 crore as of March 31, 2025. The company's shares were traded at a 5:1 stock split on December 05, 2024, transforming each Rs 10 share into five Rs 2 shares
