Rs 1,800 Crore Order Book: This Defence Company Secures Key Defence Orders Worth Over Rs 600 Crore Across Radar, Naval, and Airborne Platforms

AXISCADES Technologies Limited announced on July 31, 2025, that it has secured significant new orders across Airborne, Naval, and Radar-based platforms from premier Defence laboratories in India. 

One of the significant orders involves a development contract with the Electronics & Radar Development Establishment (LRDE), DRDO, Ministry of Defence. This contract, awarded to Mistral Solutions Pvt Ltd, an AXISCADES subsidiary, is for the development of an Exciter and Receiver unit for the Virupaksh Radar, intended for the Su-30 MKI upgrade. The prototype development order is valued at approximately 4 Crores (excluding GST). This will be followed by a production order for 84 units of the Su-30MKI upgrade, estimated to be around 120 Crores. The design and development phase is expected to take 18 months, with subsequent production spanning 3 to 5 years.

Another key order is a supply order from Bharat Electronics Ltd (BEL), Ministry of Defence, to Mistral Solutions Pvt Ltd for the development of a Digital Beamforming Unit for the Long Range Battle Management Radar (LRBMR) of the KUSHA project. The design and development for this project are valued at approximately 9 Crores (excluding GST), with a subsequent production quantity of 75 units over 5 years, estimated at around 150 Crores. The design and development period is 12 months, with production in 5 years.

AXISCADES' subsidiary, Mistral Solutions Pvt Ltd, also secured a development contract from LRDE, DRDO, Ministry of Defence, for the development of Digital Transmit Module (DTM) and Digital Receive Module (DRM) for surveillance radar. This prototype development order is valued at approximately 3 Crores (excluding GST) and is expected to be followed by a production order for 400 units over 2 to 4 years, estimated at 200 Crores. The design and development phase is 15 months.

Furthermore, LRDE, DRDO, Ministry of Defence awarded a development contract to Mistral Solutions Pvt Ltd for the S-Band Octal Digital Transmit and Receive Module (ODTRM) and Octal Digital Receive Module (ODRM). The design and development cost for this order is approximately 1.8 Crores (excluding GST). A production order for 500 units is anticipated over 2 to 4 years, with an estimated value of 150 Crores. The design and development period is 13 months.

Finally, Bharat Electronics Ltd (BEL) placed a supply order with Mistral Solutions Pvt Ltd for the production of SONAR subsystems for submarine modification. The design and development phase for this order is valued at approximately 19.82 Crores (excluding GST). Subsequent production is estimated to be around 60 Crores over 5 years. The design and development period is 15 months. These subsystems are also expected to be used in other platforms within 3 to 5 years. None of these orders involve any related party transactions or interest from the promoter/promoter group/group companies.
