K2 Infragen Limited has secured a domestic work order valued at Rs 28.50 crore for the design, manufacturing, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of a 66/11 KV GIS Substation with SAS along with an associated 66 KV underground transmission line in Manesar, Gurugram. This order is expected to be executed within 15 months. The company has confirmed that neither its promoter, promoter group, nor group companies have any interest in the awarding entity and the transaction does not fall under related party transactions.

On Friday, the share of K2 Infragen Ltd gained 0.80 per cent to Rs 66 per share from its previous closing of Rs 65.50. The company has a market cap of Rs 83.3 crore and has an order book as of March 31, 2025 stands at Rs 453 crore. The stock is up by 8.2 per cent from its 52-week low of Rs 61 per share.
