Navratna Defence Public Sector Undertaking, Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), has secured additional orders worth Rs 732 crore since the last disclosure on October 22, 2025. Major orders received include Software Defined Radios (SDRs), tank sub systems, communication equipment, missile components, financial management software, cyber security solutions, upgrades, spares, services, etc.

Additionally, a meeting of the Board of Directors was scheduled to be held on Friday, October 31, 2025, specifically to consider and approve, among other items, the Unaudited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. This notification preceded the actual release of the earnings data, fulfilling the regulatory requirement to inform the stock exchanges about the date when the key financial results would be finalised and announced.
Earlier, the company received an order valued at Rs 633 crore (excluding Taxes) from Cochin Shipyard Limited. The order is for the supply of items required for various sensors, weapon equipment, fire control system and communication equipment supplied by BEL.

Profit After Tax (PAT) during Q1FY26 stood at Rs 969.13 crore, with a growth of 24.87 per cent over the Profit After Tax (PAT) of Rs 776.14 crore recorded in the corresponding period of the previous year.
The company has a market cap of over Rs 3 lakh crore and has been maintaining a healthy dividend payout of 39 per cent. The company’s Order Book stands at Rs 74,859 crore as of July 01, 2025. The company's shares have an ROE of 29 per cent and an ROCE of 39 per cent. The stock gave multibagger returns of 290 per cent in 3 years and a whopping 1,325 per cent in 5 years.
