Sasken Technologies Share Price Jumps Over 11% After Q4FY26 Results; Revenue Surges 126%, Announces Rs 25 Dividend

On Tuesday, Sasken Technologies share price surged 11.58 per cent to Rs 1,823.90.

Sasken Technologies Q4FY26 Results

Sasken Technologies reported consolidated revenue from operations of Rs 334.02 crore in Q4FY26 as against Rs 148.01 crore reported in Q4FY25, registering a strong growth of 125.7 per cent YoY. Total income for the quarter stood at Rs 349.36 crore compared to Rs 157.91 crore in the corresponding quarter previous year.

Profit before Tax came in at Rs 37.43 crore during Q4FY26 as against Rs 12.65 crore reported in Q4FY25, reflecting a sharp growth of 195.8 per cent YoY. Profit after tax stood at Rs 29 crore in Q4FY26 compared to Rs 11.51 crore reported in the corresponding quarter last year, registering a growth of 152.1 per cent YoY. Earnings per share for the quarter stood at Rs 17.79 compared to Rs 7.29 reported in Q4FY25.

Sasken Technologies FY26 Annual Performance

For the financial year ended March 31, 2026, Sasken Technologies reported consolidated revenue from operations of Rs 1,113.17 crore as against Rs 550.91 crore reported in FY25, registering a growth of 102.1 per cent YoY. Total income for FY26 stood at Rs 1,151.87 crore compared to Rs 606.75 crore in FY25.

Profit before tax came in at Rs 75.82 crore during FY26 as against Rs 62 crore reported in FY25, reflecting a growth of 22.3 per cent YoY. Profit after tax stood at Rs 58.65 crore in FY26 compared to Rs 50.51 crore reported in the previous financial year, registering a growth of 16.1 per cent YoY. Earnings per share for FY26 stood at Rs 35.61 compared to Rs 33.30 in FY25.

Dividend Announcement

The Board of Directors recommended a final dividend of Rs 13 per equity share of face value Rs 10 each for FY26. Earlier, the company had declared an interim dividend of Rs 12 per share during November 2025. With this, the cumulative dividend for FY26 stands at Rs 25 per equity share.

Order Book And Key Developments

During Q4FY26, Sasken Technologies reported a total order book of USD 35.4 million, of which USD 21.6 million was attributable to new business. The company also added six new client logos during the quarter.

The company secured multiple strategic global deals during the quarter including a multi-year vehicle communication solutions project in Europe and Middle East markets, Semiconductor design engagement for next-generation AI SoCs, automotive software development contracts and industrial security product partnerships.

Sasken Technologies further stated that artificial intelligence is becoming increasingly central to both client delivery and internal operations, with nearly 77 per cent of client engagements already incorporating AI capabilities.
