Small-cap company enters power supply agreement with Adani Green’s Powerpulse Trading Solutions Ltd to enhance renewable energy capacity!

The company has a market cap of over Rs 1,500 crore and the stock is up by 26 per cent from its 52-week low of Rs 125.10 per share.

RSWM Ltd has signed a Power Supply and Management Agreement with Powerpulse Trading Solutions Limited, a subsidiary of Adani Green Energy Limited. The purpose of this agreement is to secure a 25 MW supply of renewable energy, specifically solar and wind power, under a Group Captive Scheme. This strategic move aims to significantly increase RSWM's existing renewable energy capacity, helping the company meet its sustainability goals by transitioning a greater portion of its power consumption to renewable sources.

RSWM Ltd, incorporated in 1960 and part of the LNJ Bhilwara Group, is a prominent textile manufacturer with a "Golden Trading House" status. The company specialises in the production of a diverse range of textile products, including synthetic, blended, mélange, cotton, and specialty value-added yarns. In addition to yarns, RSWM also manufactures various fabrics such as denim, synthetic, and knitted fabrics, as well as green polyester fibres. The broader LNJ Bhilwara Group has interests in multiple sectors, with other key companies including HEG Limited for electrodes, Indo Canadian Consultancy Services Limited for power consultancy, and Bhilwara Infotechnology Limited for IT services.

In Q1FY26, the company reported net sales of Rs 1,170.31 crore and net profit of Rs 8.37 crore and in FY25, the company reported net sales of Rs 4,826 crore and net loss of Rs 40 crore. The company has a market cap of over Rs 1,500 crore and the stock is up by 26 per cent from its 52-week low of Rs 125.10 per share.
