Solar power company, Insolation Energy’s subsidiary bags new order worth Rs 223.36 crore from Silgo Retail Ltd

Insolation Energy Limited, through its subsidiary Insolation Green Infra Private Limited, has secured a significant turnkey project order from Silgo Retail Limited, valued at Rs 232.36 crore (excluding GST). This domestic contract involves the complete scope of work for a Grid Synchronized Solar Power Plant rated at 54 MW AC (70.20 MWp DC), encompassing the design, development, engineering, manufacturing, supply, and supervision of its erection, testing, and commissioning. The project is specifically for installations at various locations in Rajasthan under the KUSUM Scheme and is slated for execution during the financial years 2025-27.

Incorporated in 2015, Insolation Energy Ltd specialises in manufacturing high-efficiency solar panels and modules, operating a 200 MW SPV Module manufacturing unit in Jaipur, which spans over 60,000 sq. ft. and is equipped with advanced machinery. Notably, the company holds the position of the second-largest North Indian manufacturer of solar panels, batteries, and inverters, based in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

On Wednesday, shares of Insolation Energy Ltd plunged 2.42 per cent to Rs 183.10 per share from its previous closing of Rs 187.65 per share. The shares of the company have a 52-week high of Rs 475 per share and a 52-week low of Rs 157.50 per share.
