Pidilite Industries Limited informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, August 06, 2025, to inter alia consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2025: -

  1. Declaration of a special interim dividend on the equity shares of the company, for the Financial Year 2025-26.  
  2. The issue of bonus shares in accordance with the applicable provisions and subject to the approval of the shareholders of the company.
